XRadio is Xelcius package specifically designed to work for Radio and Television.  Again this is a web-based product which allows DJs and VJs or talk show hosts to view inbound text messages as they are received in a real-time scenario.

The system can be personalised for individual shows and the use of keyword recognition allows different categories to be highlighted to make them easier to find.  The system allows for individual marking of messages for follow up or reading out.  The system also allows for blocking of individuals and our analytics can be calibrated to show information on the rate of texts per show, per hour and can tell you what time slot gets the most texts etc.

Our system can also be set to send automatic replies. These replies can be individualised according to the show on at the time of text receipt or keyword.  This provides stations with another avenue to add value to sponsorship packages as it is another medium for a show sponsor message to be broadcast.
